Regular maintenance ensures that the installed equipment will safeguard the protected premises for many years to come, whilst our rapid and efficient service means that normal operations can be restored in a matter of moments should a fault occur.

How to report a fault

Please submit your fault report in writing by fax (+36 1 453-0358) or online by completing the Fault Report Form.

In accordance with the ISO 9001 quality assurance standard, we are only able to accept and process fault reports received in writing (via email or fax).
